Product Specification & Product Features

 

1. Usage: waterproof junction box junction box for indoor, outdoor, electrical, communications,

 fire fighting equipment, iron and steel smelting, petrochemicals, electronics, electricity, railways, 

construction sites, mines, mining sites, airports, hotels, ships, large plants, coastal plants, unloading 

dock facilities, sewage and waste treatment facilities, environmental hazards, facilities and so on.

 

2. Polycarbonate Material: Heal-moulded polyester enclosures,in grey colour RAL-9002.Self-

exitinguishable materials,as per ASTM d635.Non higroscopic materials,minimum water absortion.

 

3. Box thickness: the average thickness of the thinnest of the box body 3mm, the thickness of the 

important parts to enhance (not deformed), the impact strength of IK07 (pressure is not broken);

 flammability rating V0 (resistant to a high degree of roast, long-term use does not fade) , lightweight

 (easy to install and free to move location).

 

4. Waterproof performance: super waterproof, protection grade IP66 above, even in the time of 

the operation from the water by the heavy rain is also not very safe.

 

5. Certification: CE certified materials can be done (environmental protection, flame retardant, UL 

material certification), the adoption of the waterproof grade IP66 certification testing.

 

6. Installed: (1) internally fitted -a box within the convex sets, for the circuit boards or DIN rail 

components to install and comes with copper wire nuts (each within the waterproof box is equipped 

with a very conventional least two copper nut of the M4). external installation  through the lower part 

of  the box body mounting holes directly fixed on the wall (by the four corners of the box, the direc use 

of screws or nails in the wall or on the board.)

 

7. Waterproofing clamping connector can be fitted with a matching.

 

8. Inlet and outlet holes: waterproof box can be according to customer use requirements in the

 above hole (hole location and hole size can be specified in accordance with customer requirements 

 processing.) Openings to reach the water for best results. (Detailed steps, please refer to image below).

 

9. Life:Waterproof box the service life of conventional materials according to the use of the 

environment will normally be around in five years, if the material is flame retardant and anti-aging 

 agent [the antioxidants life can reach more than 10-20 years. Heat Deflection Temperature: -30°C to 120 °C.
